I’m only just now learning about this. I have been taking suboxone strips for almost 8 years. I have had sudden tooth decay past few years. Couldn’t figure out why for the life of me because my first 21 years of life I’ve never had a cavity. All of a sudden I’m developing deep cavities and my teeth breaking apart. This explains why. I’ve suffered for years trying to figure this out. Now I have a cause. With all that said is it to late for me to file a claim and how if so??

You don’t realize right away that Suboxone is doing it and then it hits you. What’s the difference between now and before? And then you realize it’s the Suboxone because your mouth is dry as hell you wake up periodically through the night and your top lip is stuck to your gum line at the top of your front top teeth, your throat is dry. Your mouth is dry. You can’t swallow and you have to keep bottles of water sitting beside of your bed. Then you start realizing it and come to the realization that’s why your teeth are starting to hurt really bad. It’s just common sense something you didn’t know what’s going on until it gets to the point of pain and then visual realization and then you go to the dentist and they say oh you’ve got cavities all between your top front teeth, the same for teeth that are exposed because your top lip is stuck to the top of your front teeth, many times throughout every night, and then you have a lying doctor that says he’s never heard complaints any type of plants about Suboxone by any of his patients which I knew was an outright lie because I have friends that went to the same doctor that had sleep issues, severe sleep issues, anxiety, restless leg, Suboxone did not last as long as it was supposed to last I was on two strips a day to 8 mg strips Suboxone for me depending on my activities wore off sometimes four hours after I took it I would wake up all hours of the night. I could go to bed at 8 o’clock and pop awake at 12 o’clock in withdrawals, I could go to bed at 12 o’clock and wake up at three or four in the morning, very bad withdrawal and have to stick that nasty crap under my tongue wait an hour for it to kick in so I could go back to sleep. Suboxone is a nightmare, I mean a complete nightmare!!!!!!!! beware people I think it is a useful drug to get over the acute withdrawals of severe opiate dependence, but I truly believe with all my heart Suboxone should only be used just for a few days to get over the acute withdrawal, anything over that duration of time is this asking for more trouble than you’re already in because it has a time and a half lifespan and believe me you do not want to deal with that time and a half lifespan that Suboxone has in store for you and what your doctor has in store for you because he’s doing nothing other than drawing money from your wallet or from the taxpayers by clicking the Medicaid card, these doctors are evil most of them that are prescribing Suboxone most of them, not all of them most of them

My daughter has this from the tylenol before the shots. The doctor said to do this. I can’t believe how she suffered. I worked in the school to be close to her. It helped. I don’t know what to say. A whole lot of grief that someone should be accountable for what this child went through. Tylenol needs to be accountable for murdering part of my daughter. I had enough of this shit!

And still taking it We had to completely extract his all his teeth and saved long time financially now he got 6 on top 6 on bottom implants so he is able to eat and smile like a he used to Overall we had to spent over 80000 in 10 years of periods time. As wife I had no clue why his teeth is decay so bad and almost lost faith in him that I thought he used other drugs behind my back As of now we find out it is HARDEST drugs to get off from your system.. I have adhd later on in life or it came out as a coping skill but my daughter has autism . Before The doctor said to give her Tylenol for the fever for her immunizations. I saved a lot of her 15:53 bandaids it has a lil blood on it that has DNA maybe even enough. Btw I used Tylenol I had bronchitis and needed a back fusion. I feel we will take it all a day at a time

I used Tylenol but I talked to my dr first. My daughter has autism and it is tough on entire friends and family but you end up alone away from all of your friends because my daughter gets noticed at times with sensory issue overload fit. Mental issues happen but you get overwhelmed. I am doing this so no one ever had to deal with grief over the diagnosis. They tell you to give Tylenol before the shots too they did with us

In Europe, you can’t put an additive in food until it’s been proven safe. In the US, you can put additives in food until they have been proven harmful. It’s many of these additives that cause obesity and other medical problems. Where’s the FDA?

Big pharma has a reputation worse than used car salesmen. If they truly didn’t know, they should have known! But there’s a revolving door between executives in the FDA and Big Pharma, so the FDA rubber stamps their products. I’m thrilled to hear of yet another lawsuit against them!

Suboxone has DESTROYED my teeth and smile! It took me almost a year to find a lawyer but finally found one. I am the one who originally initiated this multi state litigation lawsuit. I am PISSED Indivior failed to advise of the dental decay when they were already well aware of this and even had all of their employees sign an NDA agreeing to keep the dental decay hush hush because Indivior was more worried about money. They clearly choose profits over patients. I deserve to be able to smile and show my compassion and be happy, but Indivior stole all of this from me. I am a Substance Use Counselor and been in recovery for 24 years now. My teeth didn’t start falling out without warning , cracking, crumbling and the multitude of dental pain I had to unfortunately endure is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable and I demand for Indivior to pay for permanent implants. I don’t feel I’m being unjust or unfair as again, Indivior ROBBED me of my smile, self esteem and confidence. This is such bullshit! I will NEVER stop fighting for what’s right! I want to be able to smile again.
